Description

It is a beautiful newly built townhouse in a complex of 10 houses.
The house is on two floors.
Distribution: On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with fireplace. From the living room you can access to the terrace with the barbecue area. There our guests can enjoy a small garden and can access to the beautiful communal area with the pool and the green area. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped. It has everything you need to enjoy the stay with family and children: the washing machine, the dishwasher, the microwave, the oven, the fridge.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (one of which is a suite with its own bathroom with bathtub) and two bathrooms (in total).
The house has 110 square meters of total area, is located near the magnificent Playa Cristal.
The house is spacious and very sunny. The decorations are very nice, the furniture is comfortable and of good quality.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, there are two large terraces, private parking space, barbecue area, WiFi.
We provide a crib for baby and a highchair always free!
There is possibility to rent one or two houses!

Attention to the guests
The policy of the company is aimed at a personal treatment with each guest. Especially if they come with small children. At the time of check-in one of our agents waits for guests directly on the property. But they preferred to stop by the office to pick up the key.

Pino Alto area, the most beautiful area of Miami Playa.
The great advantage of the Pino Alto area would be to go to the beach without crossing either the train track or the N340 road. The house is located at about 300 m from the Cristal beach. Our guests can enjoy both Playa Cristal and walk to the marina of Hospitalet del Infante with many cafes, bars and nightclubs.

Large supermarkets, such as Esclat or Spar, are located at a distance of 500 m.
It only takes 25 minutes to get from Reus airport to this beautiful house!
It is 120 kilometers south of Barcelona, 30 km from Tarragona (25 min by the new A-7 motorway), 25 km from Salou and Port Aventura, the second largest amusement park in Europe.
